五言古诗·月下独酌

花间一壶酒，独酌无相亲。

举杯邀明月，对影成三人。

月既不解饮，影徒随我身。

暂伴月将影，行乐须及春。

我歌月徘徊，我舞影零乱。

醒时同交欢，醉后各分散。

永结无情游，相期邈云汉

Drink Alone Under the Moon

Holding wine among flowers,

I drink alone without partners.

Inviting the moon to join me,

With shadow we become three.

Neither can the moon drink for sure,

Nor can shadow leave me for departure.

Together with them I drink away,

To seize the pleasure of today.

With moon and shadow lingering,

I enjoy my singing and dancing.

Sober we enjoy happiness.

Drunk we go separate ways.

I am willing to last our friendship,

To Milky Way we’ll make another trip.
